Birth control pills or hormonal medications (prescribed by a doctor) can help regulate ovulation and reduce cyst formation.

A healthy weight helps reduce risk of cysts, especially in PCOS.

 



4. Treat Infections Promptly

Quickly treating pelvic or reproductive infections reduces the chance of cyst formation.

 

5. Manage Stress

6. Healthy Diet and Lifestyle

Diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats helps hormone balance.
